We are a family-run Lebanese eatery in Amsterdam, specializing in manousheh — traditional Lebanese flatbreads baked on a domed saj. Our food is a contemporary twist on Lebanese classic street food, inspired by generations of home-cooked recipes and reimagined for today.

Every single manousheh is baked to order, fresh from the saj.

Our dough is made fresh daily with no additives or enhancers. You can choose between sourdough, white, or wholemeal bases.

No. All of our food is home-cooked; nothing we serve is pre-prepared.

Yes. You can order delivery via Uber Eats, or order ahead with Click & Collect through our website or delivery partners. Your order will be ready for pickup at your chosen time.

Mooie Boules West accepts reservations and can host larger groups or private events. Our other three locations do not take reservations, but service is quick — even at peak times, waits are typically under 15 minutes.

We use counter service. Please order at the counter and we’ll prepare everything fresh for you.
