Vegetarian Experience

A set of 7 colourful and flavourful dishes — a vibrant mix of our 3 vegetarian specialities paired with a variety of dips served with pickles & Lebanese bread.

BABAGANOUJ
Creamy roasted aubergine dip with tahini, lemon & a hint of garlic topped with sumac.

LABNEH
Creamy homemade yogurt-based cheese topped with zaatar.

HUMMUS
Homemade with tahini & garlic topped with sumac.

HIBISCUS & CHICKPEAS
Pan-fried hibiscus flowers with caramelized onions & chickpeas with sprinkled zaatar crunchy bread.

ROASTED PUMPKIN
Afgewerkt met za’atar en olijfolie.

AUBERGINES
With lentils, cinnamon & caramelized onions on a bed of tarator (tahini dip) topped with cranberries.

PICKLES
Lebanese pickles; salty, sour & crunchy!

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

IN THE OVEN
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Do not remove the foil from the containers.
Place all containers labeled “serve warm” in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
All containers labeled “serve cold” should be served cold.
The numbers indicate which topping belongs to which dish.
Serve the dishes in nice bowls or serving plates.
Sprinkle the toppings over the warm dishes as soon as they come out of the oven.
Finally, also sprinkle the toppings over the cold dishes.
